We are looking for Administration Volunteers who can welcome people to our Resource Centre and help with:
- administration tasks
- providing information
- signposting people to local services and resource leaflets
- stationery ordering
- taking calls & messages
- photocopying
If you would like to volunteer and support the operation of our Dumfries Dementia Resource Centre you must be over 18 years old. A basic administration knowledge is preferable but training will be provided.
Days and hours are flexible and expenses will be reimbursed.
As a valued member of our volunteering team you will be given a full induction which will introduce you to our organisation, your role and your locality along with the opportunity to become a Dementia Friend and participate in our Volunteer Learning & Development Program.
Alzheimer Scotland will also provide a disclosure scheme memberships to successful applicants.
