We welcome people who themselves have had experience of making and maintaining online benefit applications.
The Getting Connected Project assists people on a 1:1 basis to complete a range of online forms and applications. Volunteers assist in supporting individuals to complete online forms, “e” journals, “e” forms, make job applications and create and update CVs.
You should be a friendly, approachable and patient person with experience of using computers and Windows 10.
Training: Volunteers have a full induction and training session as well as an allocated member of staff to provide ongoing support and coaching.
