The Allen Lane Foundation funds small registered charities, voluntary groups, and charitable organisations.
There are seven groups which the foundation will fund:
- Asylum seekers and refugees
- Gypsies and Travellers
- Migrant communities
- Offenders and ex-offenders
- Older people
- People experiencing mental health problems
- People experiencing violence or abuse
The maximum amount available is £15,000 but applicants should note that the average grant is £5000-£6000.
Deadlines for this fund are rolling in line with board meetings.
