Good governance is fundamental to a charity’s success. It enables and supports a charity’s compliance with the law and relevant regulations. It also promotes a culture in which everything works towards fulfilling the charity’s vision.
This session will guide you through the Scottish Governance Code and how to use it as a practical tool to help develop high standards of governance.
This session will be presented by independent consultant David Link. David has worked with a large number of third sector organisations, helping them with governance and activity planning and delivery.
