Wondering how climate action fits into the day‑to‑day running of your organisation, or where to start in a practical, manageable way?

This interactive pop‑up and play session introduces ClimatACTical, a gamified learning resource from the Growing Climate Confidence project. The game acts as a safe simulation, allowing teams to test ideas and explore trade‑offs without real‑world risk.

Through realistic scenarios, you will step back from operational pressure to explore how climate resilience connects to organisational mission, finances and everyday operations, while navigating rising costs, uncertainty and climate disruption. The session highlights the real tensions organisations face and creates space for reflection, discussion and learning together.

You will get to play the game, learn how it can be used in staff development or team sessions, and be introduced to the wider Growing Climate Confidence resources. You’ll leave with clear next steps, whether that is printing and playing, borrowing a kit, booking a hosted session, or taking a small but meaningful action forward.
