Trustee meetings are held to make decisions that govern a charity and are an important aspect of good governance. This session will help improve how effective and engaging your meetings are and will include tips on how to engage with everyone either on screen or around the table.
This session will be presented by independent consultant David Link. David has worked with a large number of third sector organisations, helping them with governance and activity planning and delivery.
