Succession planning should include beneficiaries, members of your governing body, office bearers, members of your organisation and staff.
This session will be presented by independent consultant David Link. David has worked with a large number of third sector organisations, helping them with governance and activity planning and delivery.
It will assist you in developing the sustainability of your organisation and how to plan for succession.
