Does your organisation sell a service? Are looking for inspiration on how you can grow and scale?

Do you feel you’ve reached the maximum amount of customers you can serve without cloning yourself? Perhaps you’ve hit a wall and you aren’t sure how to take the next step to grow what you do?

We’ll start with an analysis of service business constraints and consider how the introduction of tech, either as a product for customers or an internal tool, can make it possible to scale businesses and increase the number of customers you are able to serve while maintaining a quality service.

We’ll explore the customer problems you are solving, ideate on tech focussed solutions for growth, and give you an understanding of the different business models that support a tech product launch. This workshop will be interactive with lots of activities to help you dig into your own business and identify ways that technology could elevate your business.

Your hosts are Sarah-Jane Burns, of CodeBase, and Michael Gardiner, of South of Scotland Enterprise.

This event is part of a programme funded by the UK Government.
