Unpaid carers are the backbone of our communities, providing vital support to loved ones often without recognition or adequate resources. Yet, identifying carers and understanding their needs can be challenging.

Our Think Carer Training is designed to equip professionals with the skills and knowledge to recognise carers within their networks, understand their rights, and offer practical support. This engaging and interactive session will cover:

• Spotting hidden Carers: Recognising the signs and understanding diverse carer profiles.
• Carer rights and entitlements: Practical guidance on support and advocacy.
• Supporting Carers’ wellbeing: Practical tips to help carers maintain their own mental and physical health.
• Real-life scenarios: Explore common situations through interactive case studies and role-plays.
