Think Differently Dumfries Meet-up (29 August, 2-4pm)

A casual and relaxed meet-up in Dumfries for neurodivergent adults (no need for a formal diagnosis to attend!) and supporters. Come along to connect, share and belong. This will be the first of our monthly in-person meet-ups, held on the last Saturday of each month. The venue will alternate between Dumfries and Stranraer, starting with Dumfries in August 2026.

Here’s what to expect:
– Relaxed meet-up with themed activities
– Friendly, judgement free space to connect – no masking required
– No pressure to talk or join in – being there is enough
– Come and go anytime
– Quiet space available
