Would you like to volunteer but find that something gets in the way?

Third Sector Dumfries and Galloway is bringing together people who are interested in volunteering but who have experienced challenges or barriers that have made it difficult to get involved.

This informal and welcoming discussion session is an opportunity to share your experiences, hear from others, and help shape how volunteering can become more accessible and inclusive across Dumfries and Galloway.

We want to better understand the real-life challenges people face, whether these relate to time, transport, health, confidence, caring responsibilities, finances, accessibility, or anything else that affects your ability to volunteer.

You do not need any previous volunteering experience to take part. Your voice and experiences are valuable, and by joining the conversation you can help influence future opportunities and support for volunteers across the region.

What to expect
