Set within 17 acres of beautiful woodlands, gardens, and meadows, Lothlorien has spent over 40 years demonstrating the powerful benefits of organic gardening and nature-based therapeutic activities in supporting people experiencing mental health challenges.
We are now seeking a compassionate and motivated Deputy Manager to help our community continue to grow, develop, and thrive.
In this role, you will play a key part in creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where residents are encouraged to build self-esteem, confidence, and practical skills, supporting them on their journey towards recovery and a more independent future.
About you
Our ideal candidate will have:
• Experience managing staff and/or volunteers
• Involvement in service development
• Experience working with adults facing mental health challenges
• An interest in therapeutic gardening, sustainable living, and nature-based approaches.
