Operations Manager

Following a recent review of our staffing structure, we have decided to replace our previous Operations and Development Manager post with two new part-time roles.
As the work of the Hub continues to grow and diversify, we recognised that separating operational management from finance and development responsibilities would create a more sustainable and supportive structure for both staff and the organisation.
Operations Manager
Based at Eskdalemuir Community Hub.
Responsible for the safe and welcoming day-to-day running of the Hub, including facilities management, staff coordination, health and safety, and supporting community activities and volunteers.
