The What We Do Now Network Coordinator will play a central
stewardship role in the next stage of the network’s
development.
Working closely with the WWDN Director, Advisory Group, and
delivery team, the Network Manager will support the
development, coordination and delivery of WWDN’s priorities
and programmes, ensuring the network functions as a
coherent, values-led support infrastructure for creative
placemaking in Dumfries & Galloway.
This role is about building the conditions for others to do great
work: nurturing long-term collaboration between freelancers,
community groups and organisations; supporting ideas to grow
into substantive programmes and partnerships; developing
shared resources and practical collective working models; and
contributing to the capture of the wider value and impact of
this work for shared learning, advocacy and policy influence.
The Network Coordinator will be line-managed by the
Development Director and will work alongside a Project
Coordinator (2 days per week on What We Do Now) who
supports delivery across programmes.
