Following a recent review of our staffing structure, we have decided to replace our previous Operations and Development Manager post with two new part-time roles.
As the work of the Hub continues to grow and diversify, we recognised that separating operational management from finance and development responsibilities would create a more sustainable and supportive structure for both staff and the organisation.
Hybrid working may be considered for the right candidate.
Responsible for financial administration, grant funding applications, budgeting support, and helping strengthen the Hub’s long-term sustainability.
You will work closely alongside our existing staff team, volunteers and Board of Trustees to support the continued development of the Hub as a vital community resource.
