Dumfries Sea Cadets
Are you passionate about helping young people build confidence, learn new skills, and reach their full potential? We are looking for an enthusiastic Unit Instructor to join our volunteer team!
In this rewarding role, you will help deliver our dynamic training program, guiding Sea Cadets (aged 10–18) through exciting activities both on and off the water. You will also play a key role in raising awareness of our unit and promoting the incredible achievements of our cadets within the local community.

Training and Induction
2 references are required, followed by a set of e-learning modules. This can be completed at your own pace over a maximum of a year.
A set of core module courses are to be completed if you want to be a uniformed instructor. They can be completed in your own time over as much time as needed.
