Be part of our Supported Self Management Team and help with the delivery and facilitation of a 6 week self management workshop. You will support and motivate participants within a group setting to take control of their lifestyle in a positive way raising their confidence and empowering them.

You will be expected to undertake a 6 week block of 4hrs per week (same day each week ' day flexible).

Training and Induction

Induction & training over initial 6 weeks
Training is bespoke to the individual needs of the applicant
Full training will be given, equivalent to approximately one full day spread over a period of up to 6 weeks
