They will get support from the Volunteer Administrator beforehand which includes role description and policies. Each Family Engagement Practitioner will provide their own induction information pack on the first day. Volunteer Administrator is on hand to speak them through the process.
Training on job and access to EYS membership which provides online training and resources. We will also offer any relevant third party training that comes our way.
