As a small, volunteer-led community organisation, trustees are responsible for running the organisation. We decide what activities to run and support other small projects in the DG8 postcode area of Galloway. The Treasurer liaises with a part-time book-keeper to make sure the finances are up to date and managed properly, updating the Trustees at meetings and the members at the AGM.
