New Chair sought for Tackling Poverty and Inequalities Partnership

A new Chair is being sought for the Tackling Poverty and Inequalities Partnership (TPIP) in Dumfries and Galloway.

The postholder will chair the meetings of the Partnership but also has a key leadership role, ensuring it fulfils its responsibilities and reports to the Community Planning Partnership (CPP).

The Chair works closely with all partners in the area of tackling poverty and inequalities in Dumfries and Galloway, and acts as the main channel of communication between the CPP and TPIP.

They also act as a figurehead of the Partnership, working to ensure actions are delivered, and representing it at events and meetings when required.
